In his view, platform economy has become an important direction for the transformation and upgrading of China's commodity market and traditional market. In recent years, a group of commodity markets with good industrial foundations, strong comprehensive strength, and outstanding main functions have played an important role in innovating business formats, creating employment, promoting the integration of primary, secondary, and tertiary industries, and achieving the integration of large, medium, and small enterprises through the development of platform economy, empowering the real economy, and developing new quality productivity.

The past era of relying on trade price differences to earn profits has ended, and the industrial Internet platform has become a new profit growth point. Relying on the supply chain, integrating high-quality resources, and building an industrial chain will become the core development direction.
How should commodity trading platforms seize this historical opportunity? Liang Hao put forward two suggestions for this: firstly, from the perspective of the entire industry chain, re-examine product quality, production capacity, delivery efficiency, funds and other links, comply with the policy guidance of supply side reform, gradually eliminate backward production capacity, tap into high-quality production capacity, connect core "chain main enterprises" and industrial chain "pivot enterprises", combine with the "industrial finance" system, and maximize the release of production capacity to achieve quality improvement, cost reduction and efficiency improvement. Recently, the General Office of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council issued the "Action Plan for Effectively Reducing Logistics Costs in the Whole Society" (hereinafter referred to as the "Action Plan").
In promoting the integrated development of industrial and supply chains, the Action Plan clearly proposes to accelerate the construction of a modern supply chain system. Promote large industrial and commercial enterprises to improve their logistics management level and socialization level, scientifically construct a supply chain system that integrates procurement, inventory, production, sales, and reverse recycling, implement refined management, and accelerate inventory turnover. Strengthen the integration and innovation of manufacturing supply chain, encourage large manufacturing enterprises to establish long-term strategic partnerships with logistics enterprises, optimize logistics processes, jointly build facilities and equipment, connect information systems, and promote the application of comprehensive supply chain solutions. Support the construction of logistics service facilities using idle land and factories in industrial parks.
The Action Plan proposes to deepen supply chain innovation and application, accelerate the development of digital supply chain, and enhance the coordination level of commercial supply chain. Develop a bulk commodity supply chain organization platform to improve logistics supply and demand matching. Support the construction of commodity resource allocation hubs in regions with conditions, and support the layout and construction of commodity storage and transportation facilities in coastal inland ports and inland logistics hubs. Actively develop specialized transportation equipment, promote suitable bulk commodities to be loaded into containers in factories, parks, and other areas, and promote the full process transportation of containerized goods by rail and iron. Encourage banking institutions to provide bulk commodity supply chain financial services in key areas in accordance with the law and regulations.
On November 28th, at the regular policy briefing of the State Council held by the State Council Information Office, Zhang Shixin, Deputy Secretary General of the National Development and Reform Commission, stated that in the next step, the National Development and Reform Commission will work with relevant departments to deepen the construction of hubs and better play an important role in reducing logistics costs for the whole society.
At the "point", we will integrate and enhance the functions of the hub, increase policy support for investment, financing, land use, etc., strengthen the construction of railway dedicated lines, transfer stations, etc., improve supporting facilities and transportation systems, promote the aggregation of various logistics resources such as warehousing, sorting, and distribution to the hub, and improve the operational efficiency of the hub.
On the "line", implement hub multimodal transport projects, promote the increase of railway intermodal trains between hubs, innovate and create stable and branded multimodal transport services, and smooth logistics channels between hubs.
On the "Internet", accelerate the interconnection of hubs into a network, study and optimize the layout of hub networks, improve the cooperation mechanism between hubs, continuously improve the modern logistics operation system of "channel+hub+network", and enhance the networked and systematic operation level of cross regional logistics activities.
Guangdong proposes to build a bulk commodity trading center

The Opinion proposes to deepen the market-oriented reform of production factors, and improve the mechanism of evaluating the contributions of labor, capital, land, knowledge, technology, management, data and other production factors by the market and determining rewards based on their contributions. Build a unified construction land market for urban and rural areas. Support the construction of a world-class exchange by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, enrich trading varieties by the Guangzhou Futures Exchange, accelerate the construction of the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area bond platform, and promote innovative development of regional equity markets. Establish a policy system of "long-term investment", optimize the management of government investment funds, improve the long-term assessment mechanism, cultivate and develop long-term capital and patient capital. Accelerate the cultivation of a unified technology and data market, establish a national intellectual property and scientific and technological achievements property trading center with high standards, enhance the level of Guangzhou and Shenzhen data exchanges, and create a national trading platform. Deepen the reform of energy and resource prices, optimize the tiered water, electricity, and gas pricing system for residents, improve the trading mechanism of the green electricity market, and promote the participation of virtual power plants and distributed generation in electricity spot market transactions.
The Opinion proposes to build a commodity trading center, a global distribution center, support various entities to orderly layout overseas circulation facilities, establish international logistics hub centers and commodity resource allocation hubs, and create convenient and efficient port clusters.
